I know everyone has different tastes in fish and their ideas of them, but my question is this.

Last saturday I was cleaning my fish and looked in the trash can and saw there was a Jack that someone had kept and cleaned. Ive always looked at them as "sporting fish" only. Since A.J's are part of the jack family can you eat a Crevalle? I know you can eat anything but are they good?
