1. Find a clean Plank of Oak wood, one inch is fine.
2. Filet Jack into very thin slices. About 3/4 inch
3. squeeze 3 limes over filet
4. Season with Salt and Pepper
5. Place seasoned Filets on Oak board.
6. Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
7. Remove from oven and slide the fish off of the board into the trash.
8. Eat Board.......
