Well, BB you should'a come fishing with me tonight, well this afternoon anyway, late pm lots and lots of fish in the water, and got the big three just because they volunteered. Still, its been a long time for me to be in fresh in reference to where you've been hanging lately, but not so long that I dont remember the fun times that brought about.
I'm cooking up some new recipes, and you wont be disappointed. Doing a filet roll with spinich and feta and with just a few drips of pesto over those filets and some just right noodles with some garlic and basil to bed them on. And to top that off, I've got a couple of plum and peach brushed with amaroto under the broiler to get those flavors all balanced off.
Still, wish those reds were just about 2" bigger tonight, those guys still give a good fight all in all, just need to get them in the slot.
Maybe the next time, still, what a blast...
