A 3' bag would make the overall length of the rod too short. Can you carry something around 4'? The handle with reel attached would fit in the bag easy but you would have a light, rod only section to carry seperately. That's the length that's important. There easy to build. It would be just like that thing I built for Krash but smaller. Send me an email if you want a price range. I don't like prices on the board.
