I was given a dozen yesterday and used them in Lake Sabine....caught Bull reds, and flounder....but, I also caught reds and flounder on mullet...I think whatever I used for bait would have worked...they seem to be decent baits...the true test will be winter fishing...when other live bait is unavailable
