Question for you live bait fishermen / women?

It may seem odd that a dedicated lure fisherman such as myself finds himself in the live bait business but nonetheless, that is where I am. I'm providing mud minnows to the bait camps in San Leon, Galveston, Surfside and Matagorda. Getting paid to be in the environment I love so much is nothing short of a blessing! I've been reading all of the "Saltwater Series" books and recently realized that a lot of fishermen use mud minnows for Trout and Reds as well as Flounder. Now for the question(s). What do YOU look for when buying mud minnows? Size? Species? How are you rigging them? I really want the feedback so I can make sure I am providing the best possible product which may and probably will end up in your bait bucket or livewell! Tight lines all, Guy
